ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow a minimum of 2-3 business days to create and process your order prior to shipping. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! For wood frames, it may at times require 5-7 business days to make your item prior to shipping. Please note that our frames are made to order by a small team, and wood or larger frames may take up to 7 business days to prepare before shipping. Shipping upgrades affect delivery speed once your order ships, but not the time needed to make your frame. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or by Shopify are automatically generated and may not always reflect our fulfillment timeline.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. An estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Free shipping may not apply for wholesale orders.

Free shipping offers apply to U.S. orders only. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customer is responsible for any applicable DDU for international orders.

Military APO / FPO / DPO addresses
We’re honored to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS when possible.

If you’re located outside the U.S. or Canada — including military or diplomatic addresses — please feel free to contact us about ordering. We are able to create custom invoices on a case by case basis and we’ll always do our best to explore options with you!
