How do your pet collar display frames work?

Our frames are designed to display your pet’s collar and photo together — just like a picture frame, but with deeper meaning. Whether you're remembering a pet who has passed or celebrating a current furry family member, it's a heartfelt way to keep them close.

How it works:

  1. Choose your frame size based on collar size or breed
  2. We ship it to you (or directly to a loved one as a gift)
  3. Add your pet's collar and photo at home
  4. Display your tribute on a wall, or mantel


How do I choose the right size frame for my pet's collar?

We offer standardized frame sizes based on years of research and real pet collar measurements:

  • The Garfield- 12" x 1" (Cats)
  • The Chihuahua- 12" x 1" (Small dogs: Chihuahua, Yorkie, Shih Tzu)
  • The Beagle- 17.5" x 1" (Medium dogs: Beagle, French Bulldog, Corgi)
  • The Lab- 18" x 1" (Large Dogs: Lab, Golden, Shepherd)
  • The Great Dane- 22" x 1" (XL dogs: Great Dane, Rottweiler, Mastiff)

🔹 Extra wide collars? We also offer 1.5” and 2” width frames for larger or tactical collars.

Can I add tags if I don't have the original collar?

Yes! Many pet parents who only have tags use one of our USA-made collars to display their pet’s ID tags with their frame.

Are your frames for memorials or living pets?

Both! Our frames are perfect as a pet memorial, pet loss gift or a way to celebrate your current pet. They're meaningful, comforting, and versatile.

How do I display a Paw Print in my Halo Frame?

Many pet parents use their Halo Frame to display a clay or ceramic paw print as a meaningful keepsake. If you’ve ordered our Paw Print Frame Kit, it includes everything you need — even the Command strips.

Here’s how to assemble it:

  1. Place Command strip(s) directly on the inside center of the back plate, where the photo opening is.
  2. Lightly press the matching side of the strip onto the center of your paw print, just enough for it to stick.
  3. Once aligned, place the mat in between the back plate and the paw print — this sandwiches the mat between the two pieces.
  4. Gently press the paw print into place so it holds securely but can still be adjusted if needed.
  5. Add the acrylic glass to the front before closing your frame.
  6. Use the included foam inserts between the two back plates to fill any extra space and keep everything snug.

Your paw print will stay safely in position while beautifully displayed inside your Halo Frame.

Do I need to customize anything?

Nope! These are not custom products. Simply choose the size that fits your pet’s collar and add your photo and collar at home — no extra steps required.

In addition to our easy size selection process, we offer gift cards, easy exchanges, and help choosing the right size from a photo. Just ask! 🎁

 Are your products made in the USA

Yes — 100%. All our frames are handcrafted in Ohio using materials sourced in the USA.

What is Your Return Policy?

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days, except for custom orders or gift cards. Visit our Returns Page for full details.

Do you offer custom sizes and colors?

Yes! We love creating special orders for color or width. Just email us with your request, and we’ll see what we can do.
